- No one is allowed downstairs/on the gym floor unless they are in a class supervised by the staff.
- Anyone not enrolled at VLAGA is not allowed on any of the equipment. No exceptions!
- There is no flash photography allowed at any time. The light is extremely dangerous!
- Loud noises and disturbances are not allowed. They distract the gymnasts and can be dangerous.
- Every gymnast must bring a water bottle to class. Water is available for sale in out snack bar.
- Dress Code
o Girl gymnasts must wear a leotard to class. No tights, socks, or jewelry is permitted.
o Boys should wear athletic shorts and a tucked in T-shirt. No zippers or socks permitted.
o Hair must be worn tightly out of the face in a ponytail or braids. No long pony tails.
- Gymnasts, parents, and coaches are held to the deepest regard and will show and receive respect.
- At VLAGA we welcome all children regardless of race, creed, or religious belief, or nationality.
- Parents, there will be no conversations with coaches during class. All discussions are to occur at the end of class, during the coaches’ office hours, or by appointment only.
- Parents, do not speak to your child during class time. This distracts the coach and the gymnast.
- We have an annual registration fee of $50 due at the time of enrollment. A $30 registration is due for each additional family member. After a year, registration is due every September 1st.
- Tuition is due on the first class of each month. After the 10th a late fee of $10 will be charged.
- There is a charge of $15 for all returned/bounced checks.
- Please call and let us know if you plan on missing a class. This includes when you are sick.
- Makeups are available for missed classes. You can schedule a makeup in advance if the comparable class is not filled to capacity. There are no refunds for missed classes.
- Follow all rules and directions to the best of you, and your child’s ability, at all times.
