Welcome to the VLAGA Team Page!
Our team program is the oldest and most experienced in the Greater San Gabriel Valley. We compete locally, throughout California, as well as at regional and national level meets.
We currently teach USAG Levels 4-9.
Team gymnasts train between 9 – 25 Hours per/week depending on age and skill level.
If you are interested in learning about how to get on the team, would like to schedule a skills test or tryout, or would just like more information contact one of our Team Directors/Head Coaches.
